Reservations can be made two ways.

A one night reservation deposit is required to hold your
room.
Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, or Visa/Mastercard is acceptable.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled check in
will receive a refund.
A $15.00 processing fee will apply to all cancellations.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
A $25.00 surcharge will apply for each additional person in the room.
Add $10 per night for weekends and holidays.
$25.00 fee for extra bed setup.
A 3% surcharge will be added to Visa and MasterCard payments.
Applicable sales will tax will be added to payment.
Full country breakfast.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes
Check in time is 3PM to 6PM
Check out time is 11AM
Smoking is not permitted ANYWHERE in the house.
NO children or pets without prior approval.
There is no lifegaurd on duty at the swimming pool. Swimming is at your own
risk.
